Your information, in plain English.

This policy covers promptolution.com, run by Promptolution LLC, a veteran-owned company in Connecticut. It explains what the website collects, where that information goes, and the choices you have. It doesn’t cover the systems we build for clients — those are governed by each client’s own agreement with us.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you typed:

• Book a free call: your name, email, phone number (optional), business name, industry, team size, the software you use, where the busywork is, rough hours per week, your budget answer and any message you add.
• The Owner’s Playbook, AI Readiness Quiz and Industry Checklists: your first name, email, business name (optional) and whether you’d like a call. If you send us your quiz answers, checklist results or playbook scores, we receive those too, so we can follow up in context.

We also receive the name of the form you used (for example, “playbook” or “contact”), so we know what you asked for.

What we don’t collect

• No analytics or tracking scripts, and no advertising pixels.
• No cookies set by this site.
• No payment details. We never ask for card or bank information through this website.

What stays on your device

A few tools save your progress in your own browser’s local storage, so you don’t lose your place: the playbook worksheets, your checklist ticks, and a note that you’ve unlocked the playbook. We can’t see it — it only reaches us if you choose to send us your results through a form. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it.

How we use your information

• To reply to you, send what you asked for, and prepare for a call if you booked one.
• To follow up about your inquiry. We don’t add you to a newsletter or an automated sales sequence.

We never sell, rent or trade your information.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers to run this website. Each only receives what it needs to do its job:

• Formspree receives form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
• Cloudflare hosts the website and protects it from attacks. Like any web host, it processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver pages.
• Google Fonts supplies one of the site’s typefaces, so your browser requests it from Google, which sees your IP address.
• Our email provider holds our correspondence with you.

If we add a provider that handles your information — such as a scheduling tool or a customer database — we’ll update this page.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to respond and follow up, and delete them within 24 months of our last contact with you. If you become a client, what we keep is covered by your client agreement. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.

Your choices

Email hello@promptolution.com to:

• see what information we have about you,
• correct it,
• have it deleted, or
• ask us to stop contacting you.

We’ll reply within 2 business days and act on your request within 30 days.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to the information you send us is limited to Promptolution. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords, financial account numbers or health records through our forms.

Children

This site is for business owners. It isn’t directed at children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
