Usually, yes. We connect to common field-service tools like Jobber, Housecall Pro and ServiceTitan, plus your phone system and QuickBooks. If something can’t connect cleanly, we’ll tell you on the first call.
Can the AI handle emergency calls?
It can recognize urgency — a burst pipe, no heat in January — and route those straight to you or your on-call tech with the details, instead of booking them for next week.
Will customers know they’re talking to AI?
We recommend being upfront about it, and the assistant can say so. You approve the scripts and the tone before anything goes live.
I run a small shop. Is this worth it?
Projects start at $3,000 and you own the result outright. On the first call we’ll look at how many calls and estimates slip through today, so you can judge the payback with real numbers.
What does it cost, and who owns it?
Projects start at $3,000. You get a written build price at the end of Discovery, and the $1,000 Discovery fee is deducted if we build it. Everything is built in accounts in your name, so you own it from day one — the only ongoing costs are the software and AI usage you pay for directly.
