Does it work with Procore or Buildertrend?
Yes, we connect to common construction tools and to QuickBooks. If you run on spreadsheets and email, we can work with that too.
Will AI make the bid decision?
No. It reads and summarizes so you can decide faster. Pricing and go/no-go decisions stay with you.
What does it cost, and who owns it?
Projects start at $3,000. You get a written build price at the end of Discovery, and the $1,000 Discovery fee is deducted if we build it. Everything is built in accounts in your name, so you own it from day one — the only ongoing costs are the software and AI usage you pay for directly.
