AI for manufacturers: less time on compliance paperwork, more time on the floor.
Quality manuals, audit prep, lot records, RFQs — and the know-how that lives in your senior people’s heads. We build AI that drafts, checks and tracks the paperwork, with a person signing off on every page, so your best people can get back to production.

The friction
Where manufacturers lose their week.
Quoting ties up your most senior person
01Before you can bid, someone experienced reads a thick technical data package — specs, flow-downs, finishes, tolerances — just to decide whether the job is worth quoting. The shop that returns an accurate quote first usually sets the bar.
Know-how walks out the door
02Setups, feeds and speeds, sanitation tricks and the fixes that keep scrap down live in a few people’s heads. When a senior machinist or line lead retires, it leaves with them.
Audit prep is a second job
03AS9100 surveillance audits, NIST 800-171 self-assessments, SQF or BRCGS audits and customer audits all want documents that match how you actually run — and they want them current every year.
Records live in binders and inboxes
04Inspection sheets, sanitation logs, lot numbers, certificates of conformance and supplier certificates of analysis are scattered. Finding one during an audit — or a recall — takes hours.
What we automate
What we build for manufacturers.
Every build is custom.
These are common starting points.
RFQ package triage
01AI reads the drawing package and flags the cost drivers — special processes, tight tolerances, unusual materials, testing and flow-down clauses — so you can decide in minutes whether to quote.
Work instructions from tribal knowledge
02Short interviews plus your job cards and setup sheets become clear work instructions a newer person can follow — reviewed and approved by the expert who knows the job.
Quality and security documentation
03Draft procedures and policies for AS9100 or NIST 800-171, each tied to the requirement it’s meant to address, ready for your quality lead to review, edit and approve.
Food safety logs and HACCP records
04Temperature, sanitation and pre-op checks captured on a tablet or phone, with missed checks and out-of-range readings flagged to a supervisor right away.
Lot traceability and recall readiness
05Material and ingredient lots linked to finished batches and shipments, so a one-up, one-down trace takes minutes instead of a weekend.
Supplier certificates and COAs
06Incoming certs and certificates of analysis are read, checked against your specs and filed to the right lot, with missing or expiring documents flagged.
We produce documentation and records — never a compliance verdict. That call belongs to your registrar, assessor or auditor. For defense work, we never ask for controlled unclassified information (CUI) or ITAR-controlled drawings, and anything that has to read technical data can be designed to run on systems your business controls instead of a public AI service. Your IT provider keeps ownership of your network and security controls; we work alongside them. We’ll map exactly where your data goes before anything is built.

Book a free call →Can you make us AS9100 or CMMC compliant?
Nobody but your registrar or assessor can promise that. We build the documentation, checklists and record-keeping underneath it — each piece tied to the requirement it addresses — and your quality lead approves every word.
We handle ITAR or CUI. Can we use AI at all?
Yes, with care. Controlled drawings and data should never go into a public chatbot. We don’t ask for controlled data, and automations that need to read technical data can run on hardware or accounts your business controls. We’ll walk through the data flow with you — and your IT provider — before any work starts.
Does this help with FSMA, HACCP or SQF audits?
It helps with the records auditors ask for: monitoring logs, corrective actions, supplier documents and lot traces, captured as the work happens and easy to pull up. Your food safety plan and your auditor still decide what’s required.
Will it work with our ERP?
Often, yes — many shop and food ERPs can connect. If yours can’t, we can work from exports, email and spreadsheets. We’ll check on the first call.
What does it cost, and who owns it?
Projects start at $3,000. You get a written build price at the end of Discovery, and the $1,000 Discovery fee is deducted if we build it. Everything is built in accounts in your name, so you own it from day one — the only ongoing costs are the software and AI usage you pay for directly.
Where to start
Let’s find your first hour back.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We’ll look at how your business runs, find the busywork worth automating first, and explain how Discovery works and what it costs. If AI isn’t the answer, we’ll say so.
