AI for financial services: close the month faster, with fewer spreadsheets.

Chasing client documents, keying numbers from PDFs and reconciling by hand eat your busiest weeks. We build AI that collects, extracts and flags — with a person reviewing every number that matters.

The friction

Where financial firms lose their week.

Chasing clients for documents

01

Statements, receipts and forms trickle in late, and every reminder is sent by hand.

Numbers keyed from PDFs

02

Staff retype figures from statements and invoices, which is slow and invites errors.

Close runs on spreadsheets

03

Reconciliations and checklists live in workbooks that only one person fully understands.

Client questions interrupt deep work

04

The same status and “did you get my file?” questions break focus all day.

What we automate

What we build for financial firms.

Every build is custom.
These are common starting points.

Document collection

01

Clients get a clear list of what’s needed and automatic reminders until it’s all in.

Data extraction

02

Figures from statements, receipts and invoices are read and entered for you, with anything uncertain flagged instead of guessed.

Reconciliation flags

03

Transactions are matched automatically, and only the mismatches land on someone’s desk.

Month-end checklists

04

Every client’s close checklist runs on schedule with owners, due dates and reminders.

Client report drafts

05

Monthly summaries and meeting prep assembled from your data for your review.

Client status updates

06

Clients can see where their work stands without calling or emailing you.

Accuracy and review

Automation prepares and flags; people approve. Uncertain values are left for review rather than guessed, every change is logged, and client data stays in accounts your firm controls.

How do you make sure the numbers are right?

Automations are built to flag anything uncertain rather than guess, and a person reviews before anything is final. Every step is logged so you can trace where a number came from.

Does it work with QuickBooks or Xero?

Yes. We connect to common accounting and practice management tools, including QuickBooks Online, Xero, Karbon and TaxDome.

Where does client financial data live?

In accounts your firm owns and controls. We use business AI services that don’t train on your data and limit access to what each automation needs.

What does it cost, and who owns it?

Projects start at $3,000. You get a written build price at the end of Discovery, and the $1,000 Discovery fee is deducted if we build it. Everything is built in accounts in your name, so you own it from day one — the only ongoing costs are the software and AI usage you pay for directly.

Where to start

Let’s find your first hour back.

Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We’ll look at how your business runs, find the busywork worth automating first, and explain how Discovery works and what it costs. If AI isn’t the answer, we’ll say so.
