AI for law firms: capture every inquiry and cut the admin behind each matter.
Potential clients call more than one firm. We build AI that handles intake, books consultations and takes the repetitive paperwork off your staff — with attorneys reviewing anything that matters.

The friction
Where law firms lose their week.
Inquiries wait until morning
01Someone calls at 7 p.m. after an accident or an arrest. By the time your office opens, they’ve hired the firm that answered.
Intake gets typed twice
02Details from calls and web forms get re-entered into your practice management system by hand, with room for error each time.
Chasing clients for documents
03Staff spend hours sending the same reminders for the same missing paperwork, matter after matter.
Time and billing slip
04Hours get reconstructed at the end of the week and invoices go out late, leaving money on the table.
What we automate
What we build for law firms.
Every build is custom.
These are common starting points.
Intake assistant
01Answers inquiries around the clock, asks the right screening questions for your practice areas, and books qualified consultations.
Intake to matter
02Information from calls and forms flows straight into your practice management system — no retyping.
Document collection
03Clients get a checklist and automatic reminders until everything is in, and staff only step in when something’s stuck.
Deadline reminders
04Key dates are tracked and escalated to the responsible attorney well before they arrive.
First drafts for review
05Routine letters, summaries and client updates drafted from the file for an attorney to review and sign off.
Billing reminders
06Invoices and payment reminders go out on schedule, and time-entry nudges reach attorneys before the week ends.
Client data stays in accounts your firm controls. We use business AI services that don’t train on your data, limit access to what each automation needs, and keep an attorney in the loop on anything that leaves the office. The AI never gives legal advice.

Book a free call →How do you protect client confidentiality?
Everything runs in accounts your firm owns, using business AI services that don’t train on your data. Each automation only touches the information it needs, and anything client-facing goes through attorney review first.
Will the AI give legal advice?
No. It gathers information, schedules and drafts for review. Legal judgment stays with your attorneys.
Does it work with Clio or MyCase?
Yes, we connect to common practice management tools including Clio, MyCase and PracticePanther. We’ll confirm the details for your setup on the first call.
What does it cost, and who owns it?
Projects start at $3,000. You get a written build price at the end of Discovery, and the $1,000 Discovery fee is deducted if we build it. Everything is built in accounts in your name, so you own it from day one — the only ongoing costs are the software and AI usage you pay for directly.
Where to start
Let’s find your first hour back.
Thirty minutes, no pitch deck. We’ll look at how your business runs, find the busywork worth automating first, and explain how Discovery works and what it costs. If AI isn’t the answer, we’ll say so.
